About Me

Certified Legal Nurse Consultant

“Law Interfacing with Medicine”

Let me begin with thanking you for taking the time to visit my website. I am a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant. Certified Legal Nurse Consulting was pioneered by Vickie Milazzo, RN, MSN, JD in 1982. As a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience, in addition to successfully mastering the rigorous national CLNC Certification Program I am uniquely qualified to analyze the medical record. My knowledge of the healthcare system and its inner workings along with your legal knowledge assures higher profits and frees you up to take on more cases.

My services are far more cost effective than those of a physician. My initial screening of the medical record for merit, and quickly pinpointing and interpreting the medical and/or nursing issues will save you time and money when working with expensive medical experts. As a consulting expert, I will make recommendations and help you locate the best testifying expert to support your case.

With my CLNC certification and years of experience as a nursing professional I not only have the insight, but expertise to write chronological timelines that are critical to a comprehensive analysis of more complex cases. I can review and assess all relevant medical records prior to the incident for any evidence of preexisting conditions that will impact causation issues in the case. I can customize your requests for production and interrogatories to assure that you receive all the relevant discovery prior to taking depositions.

The bottom line is: ” I can save you time and money! “
